An interesting mix of mostly pop and metal. It's an engaging listen throughout but some of the stylistic changes are a bit too abrupt and a little too often does the material feel like stripped back versions of the genres Poppy is paying homage to rather than the actual genres themselves. Not a bad record by any means but not without its flaws.

Quite surprised by this one. I expected it to be complete nonsense, but it's just crazy enough to be enjoyable. I think the only criticism I can give is that she didn't go nearly extreme enough.
The metal parts sound like they're done by actual metal connoisseurs, but the non-metal parts sound the most genuine. But all in all I think they transition nicely into each other.
Not mad at this one. I am curious to what she'll be releasing in the future.

I Disagree is a fun fusion of pop and metal. Abrasive guitars and synths are combined with cutesty pop hooks to great effect. The album is short and sweet with none of its songs overstaying their welcome. My favorite tracks is "Sit/Stay" its message of resisting subservience and its rapid industrial loops. I will say that a lot of lyrics are are a bit underwritten and it makes figuring out what the theme is difficult.
A catchy, punchy record with an excellent balance of abrasion and pop hooks. It's a new direction for Poppy, and I'm interested to see where she goes from here.

Not a bad album at all. I quite enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it amazing, but I'd listen to it again!
