Album of the day (#1734): Doolittle by Pixies

first concert was their Doolittle tour where they played the full album through with double encore of Surfer Rosa hits then Surfer Rosa era B-sides (towards the end of the tour, so I imagine Doolittle era stuff was wearing thin for them). incredible show and an even more incredible album. one of the few i consistently return to from my very earliest days of music listening.

Still one of my most played albums , 25 years on! Love all Pixies albums and back with a boom with the recent release of Indy Cindy

I think it's alright but kind of overrated. I like about half of the songs in this album.
