By no means as great as the 3rd best of the decade, but certainly top 100 of its year. At least imo.
Clearly better than Swift though, but I wouldn't consider calling it more than a decent album. 60/100, though close to a 55.

Yeah, I'm not sure it's quite that good either. Phoebe does rock though, one of the best young singer-songwriters around imo and totally deserves her success.

Phoebe Bridgers is an artist whose albums I like a lot when I hear them, and then they tend to sink after subsequent listens. I like Punisher, but I'm not quite on the bandwagon.
