Whenever I submit for one of these, I always pick a Big Thief/Lenker track and at least 1 extreme metal song. I continue this trend here, with this:
Adrianne Lenker - Vampire Empire
MJ Lenderman - Wristwatch
Thou - Emotional Terrorist
Lenker's Sadness As A Gift may have been a more popular choice, but Vampire Empire was the main standout song for me off her great 2024 album. Lenderman's track is brilliant. And Thou was the best metal I heard last year, and that's saying something considering my enjoyment of Knoll and Ulcerate and Nail albums last year.

Alright mucho gracias for the continued nominations, I've added them to the tally. Since to keep this rolling and eventually get started with all the tasty festivities, gonna go ahead and open up the nominations for those who've already put their hats in the ring, everyone who's already nominated three can put in one more- though still with a priority to those who haven't nominated yet (or nominated less than three).
