Apologies for the down time over the past 24 hours, it was unacceptable. There was a RAID failure on our web server, and the site is not mirrored which meant there was a loss of service.
To provide a more reliable service, the site needs to move to dedicated servers. However, BEA is not a commercial enterprise, and the little money it does make barely pays for the existing hosting costs. Better hosting will cost more money, and the extra money will need to be found from somewhere, but I have no idea where at the moment. I'm sure a solution will be found, but it's a real battle right now to keep the site running.
Apologies once again, and I hope that this is the first and last time that this happens.
