Many apologies to everyone for the downtime over the last couple of days which was due to a database failure.
95% of the site is now functioning as normal (and no user data has been lost), but there are certain features (e.g. viewing the history of the overall chart) that are currently unavailable. These features are being restored in the background (2 billion rows of data). The history may take a while to restore and it will be a couple more days until things are fully back to normal.
