This is my favourite Microphones record. It's the showcase of the entire band's collective talents. Wish it wasn't so underrated, it and the Glow Pt. II are their equal pinnacles.

Criminally underrated Microphones record, It's really hard to see behind all experimental brutality, but if you listen closely, there is a beautiful melody that flourish in the middle of all this noise, and it's beautiful when you can hear this flower opening. Phil is at his best here and in Glow ptII
