One of the best debut hip hop albums ever made. What a lyrical genius.

One of the greatest of its generation and truly an underrated masterpiece.
Pretty good!
Kick, Push is a genuine hip-hop classic and although the rest of the album struggles to maintain that quality there's plenty here worth getting to know. Lupe is technically as good a rapper as I've ever heard and his lyrics are always interesting.
Underrated because many people don't get the wordplay and the majority of the songs' double meanings...a true modern classic.
it saddens me that this album hasn't even broke the top 1,000. lupe is so over-looked as an artist its not even funny, lyricism is mirrored by none, the modern-age Nas. I firmly believe it's one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time, the 2nd best of the 2000s after marshall mathers lp.
