Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 67.3/100, a mean average of 65.5/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 65.5/100. The standard deviation for this album is 22.6.

One of the most significant examples of being "accidentally genius". My Teenage Dream Ended completely fails at what it tried to do that it became an artistic statement. Everything about this album just seems so utterly surreal, right down to the artwork. Absolutely wild.

Best: All expect worst
Worst: The Sunshine State
With its thrilling experimental electronic production, heartbreaking lyrics and a seemingly shrill, alien vocal ran through many filters of autotune, MTV "teen mom" star and Z-List celebrity Farrah Abraham has, against all odds, created an innovative masterpiece that easily stands as the greatest album of the 2010s.
It's impossible to tell how much of it was intentional/unintentional, but through its avant-garde styles something miraculous has been created here, perfectly ending with complete catharsis on last track "Finally Getting Up From Rock Bottom". This young woman has gone through a hell of a lot, as evidenced by opening track "The Phone Call That Changed My Life" detailing the moments after she heard about the death of the father of her unborn child. Other tracks deftly explore teenage fears, mistrust and isolation. These lyrically crushing tracks are given even more depth thanks to the level of voice modulation (the kanye west "808s" effect) and the thoroughly bizarre, and very self-aware, production. "My Teenage Dream Ended" is a complete triumph that could only have come from this decade.
Are you ready for the weirdest "pop" album of the decade? Being heralded as the worst album ever by many popular columns, it then began to pick up critical acclaim from several publications when viewed as deeply confessional outsider art, which it most certainly is. Its unbelievably heavy use of autotune for powerful lyrics is weirdly compelling, as is the really odd and offbeat production behind each song (most of it EDM). Call it "Philosophy of the World" for the 21st century.
