Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. A solid outing with the excellent opening track When I Was A Boy setting the tone. Also really like All My Life which has a George Harrison buzz about it

It's great to hear Jeff's voice again. Nothing to dislike here if you're a fan of his music. Some of it I think is a nod to Roy Orbison. Some lovely tracks.
Mr.Blue Sky is finally back! Jeff Lynne plays all the instruments and the sound is perfect. Beautiful and quite nostalgic...
