Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 5% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 80.6/100, a mean average of 80.5/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 81.0/100. The standard deviation for this track is 15.3.

A nice pop ballad and it works very well as a live track too.
Easily the best of Invisible Touch's pure pop tracks. It may have the same cheesy lyrics about heartbreak, but in combination with the warm, groovy background music, Collins' despondent and sometimes angry vocals, and the catchy background "ooh-ooh-ooh" in the choruses, it feels a lot more personal than the other pop tracks and thus a lot more endearing. If you're listening close enough, you'll also notice some really nice guitar work from Mike Rutherford. And when the full instrumentation finally joins in at the 1:30 mark, you can't help but bob your head along to the beat. Call it a guilty pleasure if you must, but sometimes you just have to embrace the cheese, and there's not a better track to do it on Invisible Touch than this one.
Of the two ballads on the album, this is my favorite. Fun fact, my brother is in the video for this song. Filmed live in concert, Phil had a video camera on stage and footage from the Detroit, Toronto and maybe one other show were used.
Cool song. But I can't help thinking about a completely unrelated movie when I hear the ooo-ooo parts: "Jungle 2 Jungle."
