Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 86.4/100, a mean average of 85.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 86.6/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.3.

An acoustic folk tune, very different to the rest of the tracks on the album. But it's one of the best. Love Mercury's vocals on this one.
A classic folk-rock song. I love the bass line the best. Sounds like Bob Dylan, which I love.
'39 is Brian May's sci-fi folk ballad. One of the strongest songs on an album full of great songs, it is an absolutely beautiful track, stunningly delivered in a camp country twang(at least in the chorus), although Brian's lead vocals are completely non ironic. The lovely but utterly sad story cannot fail to move the listener and it's another factor that helps to make '39 one of the greatest songs Brian ever contributed to Queen. By the way jhuik, that's Brian May on vocals, not Freddie Mercury.
My favorite Queen song. Brian May is such a genius.
One of the best songs ever, come on. Uncharacteristically understated Mercury vocal. It's such a beauty.
This is one of my favourite Queen songs
from songfacts.com/detail.php?id=2891:
Queen guitarist Brian May wrote this. The song is about an astronaut who travels to a distant place at near the speed of light. Because of the time dilation that takes place at these speeds, he and his crew return home 100 years later. He has aged only a year but sadly finds that his wife has long passed on and that he is about the same age as his grandchildren, with everyone he knew before being dead for many years. May describes it as a "sci-fi folk song."
... as if the song wasn`t entirely awesome on its own.
Favorite on the album
Perhaps the most underrated Queen song.
One of the best Queen songs I've ever heard.
That was Brian May?
