Hi Paul, do you remember that amazing song you showed me the one time. It happaned one time at the end of a session. Gold something, they mentioned 'Changes' in it. the phase 'Loose Change' comes to mind. Sort of soulful 70s sounding although it came out in the 2000s I recall.
You will be a god send if you can remember this song.
Been having trouble getting plug.dj to function properly. The only alternative I can think of is building a discord server that functions about the same. Dunno if people would want that.

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. Having Discord is what all the kids do now right? I'd join you. Might make this a poll in the general forum though. Not as many people look at this I don't think.

I have a bot on my personal discord server which operates based on spotify and youtube links, so it's pretty much the same. This API stuff has pretty much killed Plug.dj unless you're happy just reusing old playlists. I am bringing it up to albummaster if we should integrate discord in the suggestions forum. I do miss engaging with everyone on plug so I'm just trying to spitball alternatives that work.
I've never used Discord, so I'm not aware of it's features, but I'm sure it's got to be better than the other. I know the last few times I've tried to use it it hasn't worked.
With plug.dj and dubtrack.fm effectively being rendered useless, I've been thinking for the past week how to amend such issues. I brought some ideas on site improvement with albummaster and the best option I've figured out is to create an unofficial discord server for the benefit of the community. BEA rules will still be followed, but mostly the goal here is to find an option where we can play music together and discuss things in a more informal manner. This is not to replace the forums as a whole but bring the community together.
Normally, I'm iffy about advertisements but we've done similar in the past with plug.dj, turntable, and skype. So I guess this is just the first step here.
https://discord.gg/Jdt5cya is a permanent invite code to the server. Let's see if this experiment is a good idea, yeah?
