i'm pretty sure this whole album was on Rock Band (at least the bangers were), and there was a short period where I loved playing all of the songs so much that i considered this my de facto favorite album despite never hearing it outside of the video game.

it's a terrible album until I start dominating Tom Sawyer on hard mode, then it is truly badass until I start to think of what I must be sounding like imitating Geddy Lee to get dem accuracy points

Rush is my favorite band. I saw them play Moving Pictures live on the Time Machine tour in like 2011. Brilliant performance. The album itself still holds up as one of their best works and most complete albums. Probably not many more albums as influential to drummers (including myself) as this one. _________________ Attention all planets of the solar federation: We have assumed control.

I honestly don't know what to think of this album. In theory it's pretty terrible (new wave without the sex appeal, prog without the prog-ness), but I won't deny that "YYZ" is a great song.

it's definitely the best thing here, mostly because of the absence of a certain someone. Best Rush lyrics by far

Are you trying to tell me Geddy Lee doesn't have sex appeal? _________________ Attention all planets of the solar federation: We have assumed control.
