No Home Of The Mind by Bing & Ruth

Decided to go with my favorite album of the year so far for this.

Tomorrow Was The Golden Age was one of my favorite albums of 2014, and yet again, Bing & Ruth are able to make an incredible album. This album is so powerful, so emotionally evocative, it wrings joy and pain through a piano, it's a powerful experience. This is a bold, almost cinematic piece, recorded on seventeen different pianos. It flows from electroacoustic minimalism to ambient maximalism, and it flows seamlessly.
