Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Maybe not the best sounding blues singer, but in my mind, certainly the most emotional and as a result my favourite. She sings like no matter how painful the heartache gets, she gonna just keep on lovin’. This lady is all in!
