Torture and State Of Shock are cool songs (though nothing exceptional), but the rest of the album is so cheesy it's difficult to listen to. After hitting it really big with Thriller (which on the other hand is an amazing album), I doubt Michael really wanted to go make another album with the Jacksons. At least he seems to care very little for Victory, and it ended up being his final album with the boys (who realesed another album in 1989, titled 2300 Jackson Street before giving up). But of course Victory became a best seller (in fact the group's best selling) due to Michael being on it, after the mega success of Thriller.

Released after Thriller this is a pale imitation. State of Shock and Torture are by far the best tracks here. Be Not Always & Body are not bad but the other 4 tracks are forgettable.
