A new band but referring to an old one as it contains a few members of the Wrens especially also Kevin Whelan and this shows itself in the great songwriting on this equally great album. A number of songs taken on a Arcade Firean grandeur and the best example of this is the fantastic Fade. But there is enough quality here to shake off these references. Yes I have heard a lot. Surely will slow down sometime - probably by February. And I will make a custom chart or 3 for bleed over if it comes to that.

As for Matthew sweet, I haven’t listened to a new one of his albums in years and years. But maybe I’ll check it out.
