This chart is supposed to be a list of the greatest albums. It therefore contains a list containing many of the usual suspects. To some this is boring, but I seriously doubt that 'The Sound' were in any way attempting to compile a list of unusual albums, this was what they were aiming for and I cannot see any way to criticize what they achieved!
Probably one of the most boring charts on the site. Predictable is an understatement
Even considering that New Zealand is isolated – although actually less isolated from cutting-edge artistic trends than suburban and rural areas of Australia or the US – this list is as generic and boring as magazine lists could be.
This is how to compile a completely non-PC chart!!
