Alongside the public voted Hottest 100 Australia Albums, Triple J asked some of the country's top musicians and industry experts to select their favourite Australian albums of all time. Using a preferential voting system, they compiled a list of 100 Australian albums as voted by more than 175 industry heads.

Some good recognition for some great Aussie albums but let's be honest, Nick Cave should make up most of the top 20.The Boatman's Call and No More Shall we Part are absolute masterpieces and should no.s 1&2. Lonerism and Currents would both be top 5 now and Whispering Jack is way overrated here. It's laughable that John Farnham would ever have an album better than No More Shall we Part. Ahh well, I suppose they have to mix it up a bit. Would look a bit same-same to have the Cave fill out most of the early part of the chart...
