Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 83.6/100, a mean average of 83.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 84.0/100. The standard deviation for this track is 10.9.

Great segue from Fly on a Windshield, and great lyrics from Gabriel telling how New York City is no longer what it seems (Groucho's punchline failing, KKK serving soul food, Howard Hughes smoking cigarettes, other things that would never happen). The music is a bit repetitive, as it's mostly just the same two-strum electric guitar driving the melody, but it's not at all unenjoyable. I do love how it all comes to a hush at the end, setting the stage nicely for the next track.
"fly" segues smoothly into the "broadway melody". There's some fun rhyme schemes and cool imagery in this song like "the cheerleader waves her cyanide wand, there's a smell of peach blossom and bitter almonds" and "there's howard hughes in blue suede shoes, smiling at the majorettes smoking winston cigarettes".
