Not considered good enough for earlier albums this song was ressurected because they didn't have sufficient material to fill this one. At 1 minute 50 secs its not to onerous to listen to and on a good day its quite a pleasant little ditty.
I'll follow the sun was an old song that had been around for a few years that Paul McCartney resurrected for the Beatles for sale album. It's a decent song, though nothing special, that has a lovely dark melancholy feel to it, perfect for the Beatles for sale album cover. A slight song then, but I really like it.
