Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 88.4/100, a mean average of 87.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 88.6/100. The standard deviation for this track is 12.8.

Regine's voice and the last 2/3 minutes of this song might be the most UNDERRATED thing on the album IMO

Beautiful conclusion to the whole thing, sums up the theme of the album perfectly. Regine's voice builds up a general childishness and innocence along with the lyrics, and then the belting in the last couple minutes or so brings everything to a head emotionally. I love the last minute of the song as well. The rising piano chords are just really pretty. This is the first song that I remember bringing me to tears. I was in my late teens. Given the general theme of the track it must've evoked something.

I find it easy to get swept away with the obvious tracks when it comes to discussing Arcade Fire's best song (Wake Up, Tunnels, Rebellion, Keep The Car Running, No Cars Go, Intervention, Sprawl 2, The Suburbs, Reflektor, Afterlife etc.), but I think this somehow always felt like the most poignant thing they've ever done at least for me personally.

A beautiful song made stronger by the beautiful metaphor that it is written around.

There's so much emotion in her voice. It's such a sad but uplifting story told in song.
