Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 5% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 76.4/100, a mean average of 77.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 77.2/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.2.

Part 1 of Chris Stapleton's two part set is a bit more simple than his debut Traveler, but Chris' songwriting is still top notch and he lets his powerful voice do most of the heavy lifting. I'm more of a rock guy so when he's rocking out with Second One to Know it becomes one of my instant favorites. Either Way is on the other end of the spectrum, but makes a very big impact as well.
My favorite tracks: Second One to Know, Them Stems, Either Way and I Was Wrong
As is usually the case with double albums (or, as here, albums released close together), I would have preferred to see the best songs from each disc put on a single release. I know Stapleton's been writing forever and has a huge catalog to pull from. But given how good the best songs on these two albums are, a single collection would have been insane. As a standalone collection, I think this is the stronger of the two and "Either Way" is the song of the year.
