Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Absolutely incredible. Only downside is I only listened to this now. On tracks like Releasing Hypnotical Gases and Prisoners of War it's the epitome of what hip hop can be. Production, lyrics, flow everything elevated to the highest level. I've only heard it a couple of times but this album is easily up there with the best of the decade.
The two are great rappers, and their sense of diversity and composition is imprerssive. I love the soul/funk touch.
