Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 7% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 75.7/100, a mean average of 75.0/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 75.8/100. The standard deviation for this album is 14.8.

Really like this one. It's subtler than some of their previous work but really gets stuck in your head. It's like the soundtrack from a strange, surreal documentary you half remember watching in the year 19XX.
Excellent!
Individually, none of these tracks are brilliant, so I'm glad we're not breaking up BoC's latest album into little chunks and analysing it like that. "Tomorrow's Harvest", along with the rest of their albums, is best listened to in its entirety, and as a whole package, this one is a fabulous experience.
The record conjures up bright, ethereal soundscapes and absorbs you into its lush, dreamy world. You could argue that the formula has worn off a little, certainly this doesn't reach the highs set by "Music Has The Right To Children" & "Geogaddi", nonetheless no-one's making music quite like this which means this record is yet another essential journey from a duo who can do no wrong.
very good solid album!
Parmi toutes les productions électro de ces dernières années , ce disque est vrai dans le haut du panier . Très souvent sur ma playlist..
Music has the right to relax now that it's children have left home.
It's decent
Not big on it at the moment
Will try and listen again soon though :)
I always love how other-worldly BoC's music is and this album is no exception. It's not my favorite of theirs, but it's still a great experience.
This album flows absolutely beautifully, seamlessly going track to track. It’s almost difficult to think of this album as having separate tracks, but rather it’s an album of one coherent piece. It’s all composed beautifully to make a great album, one that can transport you to another place once you turn it on and tune out.
