One of the precursors of power electronics, Sutcliffe Jugend is to this genre what Depeche Mode is to synth-pop. It is not without reason that both groups are among my favorites. The duo of Tomkins and Taylor is not only about screaming and noise. Over time, they expanded their sonic territories, going beyond the range. This is evidenced by the albums: "SLAVES", "Nude And Full Of Wounds" or "Slaves No More", which is a continuation of "SLAVES" and at the same time the beginning of a new project under the same title. Last SJ longplay "Relentless" is the magnum opus of this duo. Sutcliffe Jugend still creates under the name Sutcliffe No More, and these are really atmospheric and interesting things with dark roots, like the album "Domestic".
