***potentially re-working so that this ends in 1888, when Satie published Gymnopédies... need to separate from this list those that are not classical, even if they published during the stated times... I think that would make not only this list interesting, but also the post 1880s list.***
***Chronological Order Listening List***
This is simply a listening list in chronological order (cause I like music history). Just like reality, this list doesn't fit in a nice box - Romantic music didn't fit in a nice box either (literally and figuratively). So this will be 100 albums relatively in this period and may or may not have overlap with other musical concepts like modernism, impressionism, etc.
I really wanted to keep this project to 100 albums. This period is pretty massive, even in an "abridged version". For now I'll add secondary options here:
