Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)
This chart has a Bayesian average rating of 72.7/100, a mean average of 72.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 68.8/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 24.9.

Looks a lot like my top 50! Good choices...
Smashing's Mellon Collie! Teen days are the most meaningful in what concerns music. This albums stick to you.
Very surprised to see Weather Report!
And I recently bought a Dookie's tshirt for the sake of old times :)
Cool list !
Decent list - funny comments from earlier... it must have been a really entertaining chart.
you are some kind of god
amazing chart
I told you not to wake the children!
Very good chart. The average chart rating is whack. You must have made some major changes or pissed people off.
Thank you, back to normal
Where do I begin? Of your top 10, It’s Not Me, It’s You is the only album I would describe as ‘good.’ The Jonas Brothers?! Seriously?! Oh, hey, an Oasis album! Wait… It’s not Definitely Maybe. It’s not (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?. It’s not Don’t Believe the Truth. It’s not Dig Out Your Soul. Lungs by Florence + The Machine is a good album, but still not in the top 200 albums of all-time. I’m a huge Beatles fan, but I’m still confused as to why you chose LOVE. You could have chosen literally any of their studio albums, but you chose a remixed compilation album. </rant>
