Boy does this album get a kicking. As others have said before and will say after, Coldplay know how to divide a room. When U2 and Simple Minds became stadium acts did they get such a kicking? Maybe they did. The thing is, bands and solo artists have to develop and move on, if every Coldplay album sounded like their first three, that would be boring, and yes, I do like it.

Three sides of vinyl, wow, takes some getting through. Good way to gain a compilation of sorts. For a live album the sound is excellent. Some great tracks on here, Easter, The New Kings, The Leavers to name but three. I have always been a fan of Marillion, Fish and Hogarth eras but I think they've come to the end of the road. I saw them in Bath a few years ago and the experience was utterly disappointing.

I saw the band play most of this album when they played at the Tavistock Wharf. Hayley Griffiths was fronting the band then, excellent gig. Sadly, a band which seems to go through countless lineup changes.

A good introduction to some different Psychedelia from around the world. I bought this for the Sitar elements which add to the atmosphere. A good taster for any of the albums in this series.

I am not a particular fan of Early Rock and Roll but I got this vinyl re-issue on clear vinyl for a steal. There are some timeless classics on here and I like to use this album as a warm up session to a Sunday morning vinyl session perhaps followed by The Beatles, then Led Zeppelin and maybe finishing with Diamond Head!!

Although the music is good it is disappointing really because the music is just re-workings of previous tracks with a bit more of an upbeat drum groove. Terrible cover art! Get a sense Tangerine Dream were getting stale and just re-inventing themselves over and over... Oh and just to add, possibly the second most crap sleeve art in my whole collection!

I bought this because I thought I should have a Kiss album in my collection, kind of an impulsive purchase really. The mix is muddy, the vocals are too low in the mix, the drums sound like they are in a different room, is there a bass drum? I think I need to listen to it more, it isn't quite what I was expecting, bit disappointing really. On the back of this will not buy any other Kiss material. Lesson learned, don't always follow impulse...

Awesome list of albums and great to see many Simple Minds albums. I have sooo much respect for you. Recently I changed my number 1 album of all time to Simple Minds album, 'New Gold Dream', as I listen to that album the most. The other albums are great too.

Indeed the last Simple Minds albums are quite good.
Nice to see TD Quantum Key: I love the albums of the new TD Trio.
The "Sessions" albums of the last years are superb as well.
