I love the power of the lineup 5, the "Double Trio".
If you like the 80`s KC, check out these live versions of songs like: Frame by Frame or Sleepless.

Lineup 3
KC are puplishing lot`s of live concerts.
This concert of the 70`s lineup 3 is concentrated on the songs of this lineup more than on the instrumentals. It includs 3 new live improvisations (The Savage, Arabica, Atria).
Most of the live albums of the 70`s introduce new improvisations, that`s why it`s worth checking out various live albums like this one or The Night Watch, or USA. I cannot say which one is better ore worse: Mainz is on top because it´s focused on songs and beautiful tunes, that´s why it`s a kind of "Best Of King Crimson in the 70`s"
