Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Stunning vocal harmonies and great pop songs what t do you need? Without THe Beatles, the Hollies could have made it to the top, who knows? At some point, they were very close, But by 1965 their Beatles-style songs were tad old-fashioned as the Fab Four was going in different directions,
